Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

These terms govern the use of the Inoconn website and the IT services we provide. Please read them carefully — a signed services agreement, where one exists, takes precedence.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Inoconn website or engaging Inoconn for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Inoconn provides managed IT, support, cybersecurity, cloud, network, and related technology services to residential and business clients. The specific scope, deliverables, response targets, and fees for your engagement are defined in a quote, statement of work, or services agreement. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Quotes, scheduling, and estimates

Quotes and time estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Work that falls outside the agreed scope, or conditions discovered on site that were not disclosed, may change the price or timeline. We will notify you before performing out-of-scope work whenever practical.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your systems, environment, and the issue you are experiencing.
  • Provide timely access to premises, devices, accounts, and credentials required to perform the work.
  • Maintain valid licenses for software installed or supported on your systems.
  • Maintain current backups of critical data, or engage Inoconn to provide a backup service.

Data and backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data unless Inoconn is contracted to provide backup services. While we take reasonable care when working on systems, repairs, migrations, and upgrades carry inherent risk of data loss, and we cannot guarantee data recovery in every circumstance.

Payment terms

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice or in your services agreement. Recurring managed service plans bill in advance on the agreed cycle. Late balances may be subject to a late fee and to suspension of service until the account is brought current.

Cancellations and no-shows

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. Missed on-site appointments without notice may be billed at a minimum service charge. Managed service agreements may be terminated according to the notice period stated in the agreement.

Third-party products and services

Hardware, software, carrier circuits, and cloud platforms supplied through Inoconn are covered by the manufacturer's or vendor's own warranties and terms. Inoconn does not warrant third-party products beyond the pass-through warranty provided by that vendor.

Warranty and disclaimer

Inoconn performs services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inoconn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amounts paid to Inoconn for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.

Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes. All site content, branding, and materials remain the property of Inoconn or its licensors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
