OBJECTIVE: The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant-Home Care is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care, activities of daily living, incidental homemaking and personal care in accordance with established agency nursing care procedures as directed by supervisors. The Home Health Aide reports any noted changes in the resident as they are noted. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Home Health Functions • Assists residents with personal care activities, including but not limited to: Ø Bathing – full or partial; Ø Shampoo/hair care; Ø Skin care/nail care, including foot soaks; Ø Oral hygiene/denture care; Ø Shaving; Ø Dressing. • Follows all shift routines, policy and procedures regarding accurate performance of vital signs, weights, etc. • Administer medications and treatments under the director and supervision of the RN (refer to Medication Administration section). • Assists with ambulation, transfers and exercise. • Assist with body positioning or transfers of clients who are not ambulatory. • Perform household services essential to health care at home, including, but not limited to: Ø Meal preparation/feeding; Ø Laundry; Ø Light housekeeping. • Assist with bowel and bladder control, devices and training programs. • Respond and attend to client requests promptly. • Maintain proper hand washing techniques.

The canvasser will have exceptional communication skills with a results-oriented mentality. This is a direct engagement position that requires individuals who are self-starters and personally/professionally motivated to improve the political outcomes for communities throughout an assigned region. As a first point-of-contact, the canvasser must be able to serve with a high level of professionalism to represent the brand image, and also possess an openness to individuals from all backgrounds. The successful candidate will have the ability to learn about crypto-currency and block-chain technology (at a basic level), while utilizing technological platforms to enhance the mission and vision of the organization.
Canvasser Responsibilities Include:
Engage in face-to-face cold calling to acquire voters and donors for the Indie Party.
Learn the important information and history of the organization to deliver messages persuasively through door-to-door canvassing and gain donations and support.
Learn about the Indie Token and sign up new users.
Collect financial and demographic information of donors including cash, checks, and credit card info.
Take extra steps to further increase potential constituent base by educating those not currently ready to donate about the value of the organization and leaving supplied creative literature on how future support can be given (or earned).
Report all findings back to direct report daily including performance meeting daily goals, average donations, and bringing new sustaining members into the organization
Soliciting new contacts for Indie Party donations.
Engaging potential supporters - or new contacts - in conversations about the Indie Party.
Lives within the region of assignment
Must be at least 18 years of age; and a Permanent or Legal Resident of the U.S.
Preferred experience with community canvassing, but not required
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to meet a set quota each week.
Working in a variety weather conditions.
Support the travel team at Indie Party events. Includes days, weekends, and some overnight travel.

Reviews client referral information and responds to requests and inquiries as appropriate. • Evaluates eligibility and appropriateness of resident for home care services. • Determines appropriateness of referral for home care services and responds per agency policy and standard guidelines. 2. Performs client assessments based on agency standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services. • Applies standard nursing principles and practices to utilize a holistic approach to client care. • Considers the physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs of the client, the level of family acceptance, and the ability for client needs to be met in the home. • Collaborates with physicians, other health care professionals (therapists, social services, pastoral care, supportive services), clients, and families in developing a comprehensive quality plan. 3. Directs, plans and initiates appropriate action independently and responsively in home care situations. • Observes for and identifies overt and subtle signs of impending physiologic and psychological changes. Notifies the physician in accordance with agency policies and procedures. • Makes decisions and/or recommendations that reflect consideration of immediate and long-range effects (frequency of visits, components of care plan, additional services). • Confers with the clinical supervisor on a regular basis. Utilizes agency and community resources appropriately. • Monitors documentation of clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. • Provides on-call support for clients per schedule. • Communicates with other disciplines/departments when required. 4. Manages/supervises a team of RNs, LPN’s, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Aides to provide effective and quality home care services. • Identifies the educational needs of team members and provides or recommends educational resources. • Performs or delegates in-home supervision of team members. • Leads regular team meetings. • Monitors the productivity of team members on a regular basis. • Identifies staffing needs and communicates this information. 5. Participates in human resource management to achieve quality service delivery and appositive employee relations. • Assures that human resource policies and procedures are communicated to staff and are implemented in a fair and consistent manner. • Conducts timely performance evaluations consistent with agency policy. Conducts in-home supervision of staff per agency policy, regulatory requirements, and as needed. • Applies disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner when indicated. Documentation is completed per policy and legal guidelines. • Monitors employee turnover, overtime, and absenteeism. Takes action to address issues. • Collaborates with supervisors to identify staffing needs and evaluate qualifications and competencies of current and new employees. 6. Positions available with flexible schedules of approximately 15-28 hours a week working on weekends and weekdays. This can sometimes include holidays and inclement weather.
We are looking for dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service at each guest interaction. Candidates will be responsible for greeting guests and completing their check in process by verify guest’s passport data and/or international visas.
Meet & Greet: We are in direct contact with guests on arrival, providing any assistance and delivering a warm ‘meet & greet’ service on behalf of the cruise line.
Transfers: All logistical aspects related to transfers are handled by our Turnaround teams. We take guests to and from ports, hotels and airports, waiting until they have checked in or are being attended to at a hospitality desk.
Luggage Handling: We ensure the safety, security and transport of luggage, helping guests and working with cruise line representatives to facilitate an easy and efficient operation
Check In: Our teams become integrated with cruise line representatives, working together to carry out a smooth operation while delivering a professional and courteous service.
Information & Reservations : We deliver the complete service, going beyond the normal Turnaround responsibilities to provide further information or shore excursions and even make restaurant reservations.
