The Inside Sales Representative works directly with customers to give an overview of our products. The goal is scheduling in-home demonstrations for our sales experts and we do this by following up on sales and customer leads - No Cold Calling!
Scripts, training and product information will be provided. We are looking for career minded pros to help us set appointments for the best outside sales team in the business. If you are energetic, motivated, sales oriented, and truly want a career with a well-established company – we need to talk!

- SHIFTS – 4 DAYS / 10 HOURS. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND TWO DAYS ON WEEKDAYS.
Location/Hours:DFW Airport, 2200 S Service Road, Dallas, TX 75261, Hours: This is a 40 hour workweek. We are looking for flexibility in schedule to work days/nights and must be willing to work Saturday & Sunday.
- Coordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide.
- Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments.
- Sources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
- Manages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle.
- Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency with Windows based applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathize with customers
