Job Description

CTI Towers is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-
oriented individual to join its Operations Department. Ideal
candidates will have a desire to learn, excel, and grow within a fast
paced environment and the wireless industry. This is a full time,
non-exempt position and includes, but is not limited to, participation
in the following areas:
_ Bidding, scheduling and coordinating contractors to perform
ground maintenance, tower inspections and other construction
work at CTIÕs towers sites across the country
_ Reviewing, approving, and compiling construction related
documents
_ Controlling and maintaining equipment inventory
_ Preparing and submitting FAA applications for FAA
Determinations and FCC Antenna Structure Registrations
_ Working directly with vendors and contractors to respond to FAA
lighting compliance issues, including responses required by the
FAA
_ Assisting operations department team members working
remotely and on other projects that are needed
_ Researching industry publications and vendors for changing site
operational requirements within the tower management and
wireless industries

Experience in the tower or telecommunications industries is preferred but not required.
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Please
