As a manager for PRP Wine you will provide an environment of support and fun to ensure the
success of own sales team consistent of dedicated Wine Consultants. Our best managers work
for and with their team in order to help them meet all of their personal and professional goals.

What to Expect:
This position will require 4-6 months of hands on training in our Elk Grove Village, IL location,
where you will learn about the company’s systems and goals.
After the initial training period you may be asked to take over an existing sales team and help to
grow and facilitate its ongoing success or to initiate the rebuilding process. The opportunity in
many cases requires relocation which will be at the company’s expense.
Ability to motivate, coach, and train sales team.
2+ years of sales experience
2+ years management experience
Must be 21 years or older.
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Valid driver's license in good standing
Minimum Associates Degree
Possess a strong work ethic, enthusiastic personality, self-confidence and intelligence
Takes direction well and is a team player

Compensation as Branch Manager:
Base Salary + Override on sales team (first year income potential: $35,000-$45,000)
Uncapped commission on personal sales
