Job Description

Under direct supervision, handles incoming calls with intent of providing

customer satisfaction and retention.

 Engage with potential and existing guest inquiries to provide hotel reservation

and guest services via the telephone and e-mail

 Provide recommendations on all suitable options while confirming reservations at

our collection of distinctive hotels worldwide

 Answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area

attractions, dining, etc.

 Assist guests with any special requests they may have for their stay such as

dinner reservations, airport transfers, city tours, etc.

 Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or

troubleshooting.
