Under direct supervision, handles incoming calls with intent of providing
customer satisfaction and retention.
Engage with potential and existing guest inquiries to provide hotel reservation
and guest services via the telephone and e-mail
Provide recommendations on all suitable options while confirming reservations at
our collection of distinctive hotels worldwide
Answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area
attractions, dining, etc.
Assist guests with any special requests they may have for their stay such as
dinner reservations, airport transfers, city tours, etc.
