Job Description

“Blue-collar work – White-collar pay” is the best way to explain this job. This job can be physically and mentally challenging at times. You will be on your feet quite a bit and need to be able to lift 20 pounds. You may encounter some long days with considerable driving time between stores. But the compensation can outweigh the grind.

You will service Independently owned pharmacies and small to medium sized chain drug stores. In most stores, you will scan the pharmacy shelves for expired and about to expire pharmaceuticals. They are sorted by manufacturer and processed to be sent to our warehouse in Tennessee. Once there, the returns are processed and sent to the manufacturer(s) for credit.

The territory that this position services is much of the western U.S. with the vast majority of your territory being in southern California and surrounding areas.

This job will initially be about 60% service and 40% sales. After 6 months it should change to 70% service and 30% sales.  After 1 year it should be 80% service and 20% sales. After 2 years it should be 90% service and 10% sales.

The service aspect of the business is where you will make the bulk of your income. You are rewarded with increased commission from new accounts you secure.
