Job Description

General Summary

New customer focus Representative is to be responsible to help drive new business opportunities in the market place to support business growth. This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and/or Service Operations Manager.  Tasks or support required include, but are not limited to driving new maintenance and Projects opportunities with the tasks listed below; “Principal Duties and Responsibilities.” 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;

  1. Responsible for generating new leads through market analysis and specified vertical markets.
  2. Development and scheduling of new appointments through techniques of cold calling, emailing and onsite visits.
  3. Maintain current activities through the office Customer Relations Management Software (CRM).
  4. Work on follow up activities from the developed appointments.
  5. Help maintain customer relationships ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
  6. Communicate with individuals both internal and external needed to gather information for work being quoted.
  7. Support local office during tradeshows, local marketing events and specified trade organization meetings.
  8. Maintain constant communication with the Sales Manager and Service Operations Manager.
  9. Demonstrate a personal commitment to personal and professional growth and development by attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/Mesa, etc.
  10. Other duties as directed by the Sales Manager, Service Operations Manager or other Sr. Manager’s.
