Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Must be physically able to access homeowner’s rooftop and move around comfortably
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Provide paperwork in a timely manner to maximize timing for scheduling and ordering material
  • Must work effectively with a variety of personalities
  • Must be customer oriented and results driven
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

 

Nature and Scope:

  • Reports to Technician Supervisor
  • Work with a Lead Technician to complete the work in a professional and timely fashion
  • May provide functional leadership to others
  • Considers new approaches within general policies and short-term goals when solving problems
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle 

 

Additional:

  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to engage the customer
  • Basic computer and typing skills

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year construction experience
  • Clean driving record
