Job Description

Customer Service Team Member

Our Customer Service team is the backbone of our business! We need people who love
interacting with the public, who can be loud and outgoing and who love being on their feet all
day long. Our employees work at different locations in San Francisco throughout the day,
oftentimes riding a bicycle to and from our shops in the Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood.
The following are examples of duties and activities that our customer service team members
perform:
 Actively engage customers and encourage them to rent bicycles and take our tours
 Create a welcoming environment for visitors to San Francisco
 Enthusiastically explain the sightseeing adventure of biking the Golden Gate Bridge
 Explain how the rental process works
 Assist customers in completing the paperwork process
 Cash handling and credit card processing
 Giving detailed directions and instructions, often to large groups of people
 Assist customers with their bicycles, explain basic details of how bikes work

 Clean and maintain a professional work environment
 Any other activity as directed by a manager or supervisor
 Ability to work varied shifts each week
