Job Description

Duites:
 Obtain client information during telephone calls; speaking with clients;
verifying information
 Interface with hospital systems and insurance companies
 Coordinate education campaigns with healthcare market leaders
 Determine demographics by comparing client information to requirements

 Improve data accuracy by entering client information; confirming existing
data accuracy
 Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and
guidelines; recommending improved procedures
 Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating
in educational opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Education
 High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
 One (1) to Three (3) years’ experience working in a customer service call
center or in a data processing environment; required
 One (1) to Three (3) years’ experience working in a data entry environment
Technical Skills / Knowledge
 Customer Service Skills
 Basic MS office computer skills

 Ability to work independently or within a team
 Time management skills
 Written and verbal communication skills
