KI, a manufacturer of furniture solutions, has an opening for a Regional Installation Manager
in the Baltimore, Maryland or Washington, DC area.
This role is responsible for managing KI projects for the district from point of sale to final
completion including all pre-installation and post-installation activities (scheduling,
coordination, subcontracting and punchlist follow-up). The role will also develop and manage
an evaluation program to constantly improve our level of performance and improve the
overall cycle time for customers from purchase order to completion.
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field or
the equivalent experience. A minimum of five years of project management or installation
coordination experience in contract and institutional furniture industry is required.
