Training Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm for the first 5 weeks

 

Post Training hours options:

 

Full Time:

 Mon- Fri 10:30am - 7:00pm and every other Saturday*

Part Time Options:

(Full time training for the first 5 weeks)

 Mon Tues & Wed 10:30am – 7:00pm (24 hrs)

 Mon - Fri 10:30am - 3:00pm  (22.5 hrs)

 Mon - Fri 3:30pm  - 8:00pm and every other Saturday* (22.5 hrs)

*When you start working every other Saturday you will receive a day off during that week.

 

Strong behaviors and performance will allow for earlier or flexible schedule adjustments

upon completion of training.

 

COMPENSATION

At The Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and

reward performance.

 The salary for this position is $27,040 a year ($13/hour) with the opportunity to

earn more…..here’s how!

 Will receive 5 % shift differential after training for working every other Saturday.

 New hires have the opportunity to increase their base salary by $1,000 within the first 12

months through our milestone program.

 Additionally, after training is complete, a performance based monthly bonus program

goes into effect.

by participating in our milestone program.

 Once training is complete, the ServiceStar bonus program allows customer service

The salary for this position is $32,000 a year ($15.39 an hour) during training

 

After Training:

Earn up to $4,000 in additional incentives this year!

 

Shift differential information:

·         You will receive a 5% shift differential for working after 7pm

 

After training with the shift differential salary will be $33,613 ($16.16 an hour).

 

·         A 5% language adjustment will be added for your Spanish-English Bilingual skills after

training

 

Progressive salary rates are also offered for holding:

 

 - An Associate’s Degree - $15.87 an hour ($33,000 a year)

 - A Bachelor’s Degree - $16.35 an hour ($34,000 a year)

 - Property & Casualty License in Arizona - $17.31 an hour ($36,000 a year)

 - Property & Casualty License in All States - $18.27 an hour ($38,000 a year)

 

New hires have the opportunity to increase their base salary within the first year by participating

in our sales bonus program.  Once training is complete, the Sales Incentive Compensation

bonus program allows Sales Agents the opportunity to earn additional money on a monthly

basis.
