CTI Towers is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail- oriented individual to join its Operations Department. Ideal candidates will have a desire to learn, excel, and grow within a fast paced environment and the wireless industry. This is a full time, non-exempt position and includes, but is not limited to, participation in the following areas: _ Bidding, scheduling and coordinating contractors to perform ground maintenance, tower inspections and other construction work at CTIÕs towers sites across the country _ Reviewing, approving, and compiling construction related documents _ Controlling and maintaining equipment inventory _ Preparing and submitting FAA applications for FAA Determinations and FCC Antenna Structure Registrations _ Working directly with vendors and contractors to respond to FAA lighting compliance issues, including responses required by the FAA _ Assisting operations department team members working remotely and on other projects that are needed _ Researching industry publications and vendors for changing site operational requirements within the tower management and wireless industries

What will you be doing?
Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
Execute day-to-day transportation needs, including scheduling, tracking and tracing shipments, and communicating status updates with the broader team
Identify issues, utilize resources to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions
Partner with Account Managers to understand customer processes and identify areas for improvement
Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates in a timely manner
Maintain daily reporting schedule utilizing internal systems
Generate and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and shipment documentation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and clean up the area in and around the CCC trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift.
Appear neatly and cleanly dressed in suitable clothing as per The Salvation Army dress code policy.
Courteously assist the donor in the removal of all donated items from the donor’s vehicle and provide receipt.
Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by the CCC or Transportation supervisor.
Separate and sort all donated material into the proper containers, and properly stack material as instructed by the CCC supervisor.
Assist TSA drivers/PAs with loading donations on to trucks as necessary.
Always inform the CCC supervisor of needed items prior to running out (i.e.: brooms, receipts, totes, carts, etc.)
At the end of each shift, the CCC attendant must secure and lock the CCC trailer/pod.
Maintain good relations with property or store managers.
