Customer Service Team Member
Our Customer Service team is the backbone of our business! We need people who love interacting with the public, who can be loud and outgoing and who love being on their feet all day long. Our employees work at different locations in San Francisco throughout the day, oftentimes riding a bicycle to and from our shops in the Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood. The following are examples of duties and activities that our customer service team members perform: Actively engage customers and encourage them to rent bicycles and take our tours Create a welcoming environment for visitors to San Francisco Enthusiastically explain the sightseeing adventure of biking the Golden Gate Bridge Explain how the rental process works Assist customers in completing the paperwork process Cash handling and credit card processing Giving detailed directions and instructions, often to large groups of people Assist customers with their bicycles, explain basic details of how bikes work
Clean and maintain a professional work environment Any other activity as directed by a manager or supervisor Ability to work varied shifts each week

Job description: Responsibilities: Read drawings, writing tool orders, assembly instructions and PVAs, according to the Method Standard Procedures Give technical support to production, create the production or project schedule Detail the sequence of operations Report to management any roadblocks regarding workbooks and mod notice. Analysis of the effort required to close a workbook or a mod notice. Participate in Andon if a problem arises on the line. Provide visibility on workbook in WIP on a daily basis. Update SAP and other databases as required. Provide necessary feedback to address eventual technical issues as soon as detected. Check availability of parts according to the right priority of production. Edit production files to be given to production teams. Check availability of specific tools to be used. Participate to coordination meetings. Qualifications: Technical degree in mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum of five (5) years’ experience The candidate must be very analytical and have the ability to visualize and assess the overall picture in order to measure the impact for each strategic decision brought forward The candidate will work very closely with the other Methods agents, Engineering, Logistic, Production Team and Project manager. Teamwork, communication and entrepreneurship are essential assets
