As an Excavation Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:Consulting with properties, homeowners, tenants, or management companies that have been damaged by water losses and will require excavation services to repair or replace sewer or utility lines. Deposit and Payment Services, Centralized Transaction Operations, Deposit Review Operations combines banking operations, technology, and project management functions that support many of our lines of business, as well as firm-wide initiatives. As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will correct imaged ATM and Quick Deposit transactions and make negotiability decisions based on established criteria, adjusting customers as necessary. This will be done using proprietary application (computer) software. You may also be responsible for sorting, filing, routing, and other clerical tasks which will also involve a computer. You must follow clear, detailed procedures and instructions during routine tasks. In support of continuous improvement and being a high performance culture you will partner in a risk and control environment, process map sustainment, and performance management reviews and most wanted improvement suggestions with a focus on customer experience improvements. This evening shift is for the basic hours of 3:00pm to 11:30pm. However, this department must complete processing of all transactions by established service level agreement before end-of-day jobs can be triggered. This group also processed against a 3 hour cycle time service level M-F. In order to meet these processing requirements, the position may require candidate to work periodic overtime and/or holidays dependent on capacity planning, event resiliency, and meeting service levels. The ideal candidate will: + Have computer familiarity and dexterity + Become familiar with and able to follow guidelines for making check negotiability decisions to meet an established monthly performance target. + Have 10-key input experience + Be able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment + Have a basic understanding of debits and credits from a banking perspective + Be comfortable in working in a target driven environment as it relates to speed and quality + Flexible Work schedule that may require overtime determined by volume/events - on short notice + Be able to work any holiday
