As a manager for PRP Wine you will provide an environment of support and fun to ensure the
success of own sales team consistent of dedicated Wine Consultants. Our best managers work
for and with their team in order to help them meet all of their personal and professional goals.
In doing so, our managers and the company will always succeed, while providing the best
possible service to our clients.

What to Expect:
This position will require 4-6 months of hands on training in our Elk Grove Village, IL location,
where you will learn about the company’s systems and goals.
After the initial training period you may be asked to take over an existing sales team and help to
grow and facilitate its ongoing success or to initiate the rebuilding process. The opportunity in
many cases requires relocation which will be at the company’s expense.
Ability to motivate, coach, and train sales team.
2+ years of sales experience
2+ years management experience
Must be 21 years or older.
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Valid driver's license in good standing
Minimum Associates Degree
Possess a strong work ethic, enthusiastic personality, self-confidence and intelligence
Takes direction well and is a team player
Compensation as Branch Manager Trainee:
Lead Generating opportunities

Compensation as Branch Manager:
Base Salary + Override on sales team (first year income potential: $35,000-$45,000)
Uncapped commission on personal sales
Gas allowance, car allowance, cell phone allowance, gym membership allowance

Conduct needs-based, consultative sales presentations to a wide range of individuals and independent business people

Two years of work experience required; commissioned sales and customers service experience in real estate, auto sales and/or as a self-employed insurance agent is preferred
Your respective state’s license to sell accident, health and life insurance, or a willingness to obtain proper licensing- unpaid no cost license training provided( NY)
Strong interpersonal communication skills
An outgoing, positive person who enjoys building relationships
Driven, disciplined, resilient, achievement-focused, coachable professional
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, a plus
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with liability and property insurance coverage on the vehicle
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required, college-level education is a plus
